I'm a bit sad and confused right now. I feel like I'm starting to seem like the type of girl who looks like 'one of the guys' to guys. I don't know. Just recently, I was with a group of guys and I played football with them and I was the only girl. It's not like I am a tomboy though. The idea you have in your head is probably the opposite of what I actually look like and how I actually am. I am extremely feminine in the way I look and dress. However, I love playing sports and I have more guy friends then girls. But I do have friends that are girls, I just prefer guys. Normally, when I talk to guys, they feel comfortable telling me certain things guys should talk about with other guys. I'm not sure if this is good or bad. But sometimes I just hate it, because I feel like I'll always be like this in a guys eyes. I've had boyfriends. I sort of unexperienced though. The only thing I've done was kiss, not make out. I'm 15. I feel like if I keep doing what I am doing, whatever I am doing, things arent going to change. But I don't know how to act, or what to do, or what to say. I just feel sort of depressed. I'm very alike in that all of my friends are guys but one. I'm also alike in that I'm very feminine but I LOVE football! But don't worry, guys dig that they can hang out with you. I mean, I always hear in relationships that "She's my girlfriend, not my best friend," but if you start out being the best friend, you can end up being both!
Plus that and guys generally want to hang out with the people they can relate to and actually have fun with. And, that's you!
And about the "don't know how to act" part, act yourself. Yeah, it might sound cheesy but it's true. Why risk losing your friends by acting different?
And one last thing: A lot of times "just friends" turns into more with time. Keep hanging out with them, and don't be afraid to flirt a little. =)
