hi im 14/f
I am addicted to porn sites ecspecially one in particular i have a sudden to go on it whenever i am on the computer. I have now stopped about a day ago i don't go on it but i am scared because my dads friend who is 28 is a computer technician and fixes our computer whenever it breaks so will he see my whole history of websites or what if the police find out please tell me what to do and how i can get rid of it from my computer so it is never ever found please help thanks in advance.

it depends on the type of compter you have..this is how mine works...(it's a gateway)

alright you click start and then go into control pannel. then you click on network and internet connections. then you click on internet options and this box comes up..on that box you click clear history then yes..and then you should press delete cookies too (: hope i helped.
