Q: What are some tips that i can get to help me quit cramping when i run.. I will only be runnin for a minute or so and it hurts... help me plz~!?

Hmmm....Do you stretch? If you don't you should make it a habit to do a lot of leg stretches.
You could also run for quick bursts then walk for a few minutes, then run again. My old school gym class did that :]
Or if you just really can't run the problem might be that you're not fit enough to run for any real length of time, and in that case you just need to walk to gain strength first.
