Dealing with drama can be tough. the best way to tone the drama down, and still be friends with everyone is to LISTEN. people LOVE when you seem like you care. not that you dont care.. just that you listen. For example. say emily talks about erin in a not so nice way to you.. you have some choices. you can say OH MY GOD I KNOW!! SHE TOTALY DOES THAT ALL THE TIME BLAH BLAH BLAH. or you can listen. they can get out whatever is frustrating them. tell them itll be alright and to talk to erin because erin might be doing something irritating because a problem shes having and hasent told you guys about it yet. at your age you love to talk because so much is changing ALL the time. try your best just to slow it down and not let yourself be put in a situation where you look like your gossiping about others all the time. ALSO.. thatll help with guys.. guys dont want to gossip all the time. they like to "chill"..just have fun.
