I want to get a guys' number. I mean I know how to flirt, i'm acutally very good at it, it's whatever. but like, for some reason.. I can't get myself to ask him.. I want him to ask me.. but idk, I know he's interested. We talk all the time.. and we always sneak smiles and everytime we see eachother we just immediatly walk up to eachother and start talking.. what can I do to get myself out there more? What can I do to show him that I want him to make a move, or vice versa? (link)

I would suggest that you mention hanging out or invite him to hangout. If he seems interested then ask him for his number so you can call him with all the details.
Another thing i would suggest is you should do more touchy flirting. For example lightly push him when you walk by him or something like that.
