Well im !5 im from England, Leeds (sunniest place on earth =]) I have an amazing set of friends that keep me alive and just love them!
ill try and do my best to give the best advice i can, as i said i dont know everything so they might be a bit limited but i hope it helps you.
Some thigns i have no idea about so i wont answer them kind of questions i wont give an answer that i feel doesnt asnwer the question well enough.

iwanna lose weight im pretty big for my age
how many sit ups should i do
how long should i stay on the tredmill (i have one at home ) and what food should i eat?

Start of with oing about 20 mins a day on your treadmill that should help a bit but not oo fast and oyu should find you can build it up as you loose more and become moe healthy.
Sit ups id say about 50 but you wont see the affects of the sit ups untill youve lost some weight because all that does is tone the muscule because you wont be able to see it for the fat.
Just eat healthily and try and cut out snacks that should help.
