well, considering he's a teenage boy, he probably has the same thing on his mind that you do. there's two ways you can get at this.
the first thing you can do is just go for it. just give him a blow job or something a couple of times, and if you want, hand him a condom. that way, he know's what you want. to give a blow job, you basically just suck on his thing and rub your tounge on it.
