Hi, I'm 17 years old. I will be a TARHEEL come fall!
My goal on advicenators is to give advice based on what I really think, not what I think you'll like to hear. Everything that I say comes from personal experience.

Ok my teacher is constantly picking on me because my voice is so quiet.
Like she won't talk to me and everytime i try to ask her for help she'll shout SORRY WHAT WAS THAT and I'll try to say it louder and she'll constantly interupt me so i'll say "nevermind.."
She's the one in the beginning of the year going "don't think that teachers hate you or are trying to fail you because they get much more work if you do fail" But at this rate i'd prob fail because I'm not getting any help and I have no idea what to do.
And my voice is super quiet so i probably can tlak louder but the louder I talk, the more unclear so it will sound fairly similar to a nail meeting wood.
What can i do? ask for a different teacher? (link)

Wow, I know exactly what you mean. That teacher is ridiculous.
My 4th grade teacher did something similar to me, because I was quiet-- she told me I had to SCREAM something, multiple times. So I did.
And this was in front of my entire class.
Bad memories. I hope I never see her again.
But anyways...you should tell your teacher privately that this is uncalled for (well, not in those exact terms), or tell your parents to talk to an administrator.
Jack is right-- it's not your problem: SHE's the problem.
This was less advice, and more empathizing with you.
I'm sorry your teacher is a jerk.
