Ok, I'm skinny but I'm trying to tone my body. I really want it to look better because I know it can. What I am trying to do is lose weight around my hips. I can feel my hip bone but there is all this fat in the way and makes it look really bad. I'm 113 and 5'3 and I do sit ups everyday (25-50 depending) I work out for an 1 and 30 min. once a week and try to do other exercises and stretches everyday but i don't know how to get rid of the fat on my hips. Please giive my excersises that work and tips or whatever. And if you have advice for abs besides sit-ups please tell me because i want faster results. Thanks :D
know how you feel. well i suggest you take some ceranwrap and wrap it around your hips and waist and run..make sure thats its not just one layer but like 3 and thats kind of tight but not really really really tight. my gymnastics coach tells me to do that all the time. the more sweating will make you lose weight. its not gonna happen overnight but itll definately help. good luck!
