about

I don't judge. I've seen a lot, and the things I haven't, I'm always open to listening to. I want to make a difference.

okay.
so ever since 4th of july, i've been binging NON-STOP.
i only gained 5lbs, so i dont' know if thats a good thing or a bad thing.
anyways, i want to loose 10-15lbs. i have no specific weight-loss date. maybe before the year is over.

what should i do to stop myself from bing-eating. its not like its an eating problem. i can go a day without doing it. its just when i'm home alone i start to eat alot.

what kind of foods should i eat?
fruit, veggies, whole grains, dairy, lean meat?

i've been starting to drink 8 glasses of water per day as well.

thank you for the help.

hey,
okay, so i can be proud to say i'm over the whole binge eating stuff, too! :)
what i did, was definitely drink water for one thing.
chew each bite of every food you eat, thirty times each (at least), and take a drink of water between every bite. it sounds excessive, but it really worked for me; i dont pig out as much!
this will make you feel more full, and you wont feel like havign to chew this much all the time :P
also, it's escencially a thing of will power. really ask yourself, "do i need this?" and think about how it will be in the long run. it's like being timed for a mile; it totally sucks while running it, and you feel like giving in and stopping (or in this case, pigging out), but you're really proud and relieved in the end.

really, try to take this advice, it sounds dumb, but it will work wonders!!!
