anyway so here it is!!!!
my school starts real soon about a week nd some days.. anyway i really wanna lose weight im "average" but i have a stomache and i gotbig legs well the exercise stuff is easy i got tht covered up i did lose wieght because of my exersicing but The prob is is that i dunt kno how to stop my cravings i get hungry so much please help me:!!! i really need it

haha. throw away your junk food. and then just whenever your hungry, eat vegtables. =) or even try a sandwich with lettece,egg,carrot, etc.
