hay i dont know what to do... i want to lose weight for the summer coming. im not fat and i just put on a couple of kilos over winter.(that i want to lose) so how can i keep away from the wrong foods and modivate myself? oh and whats the best way and quickest way to lose weight on your tummy and thighs?????!!!!! what i would do is go to a local track once or twice a week and just watch what you eat and just think if i eat healthy what ill look like in the summer you can eat junk food just healthy food to and not a lot of junk food
