i'm on the cheer squad this year, and I REALLY want to stay in shape, i'm a bit overweight, not obese, but i have a bit of pudge.
i'm 15 and i weigh 130 and am 5'4.
i need a diet plan to help me loose about ten pounds, and then then maintain that weight.

There's a cheer camp at most Highschools during the summer. It's like training for a week or so (correct me if I'm wrong), all I know is that that stuff is extreme!
A lot of the practice that cheerleaders do is what gives them their thin physique.
That plus your working out should be more than enough to lose that 10 pounds, and watch your eating too! A 2000 calorie diet is nice and healthy, try not to go anywhere over that.
Avoid especially fatty foods if you're serious.
