basically i'm overweight.
i need to loose 10-12lbs to be healthy.
what diet should i go on?
i want to loose it by before school starts. so around August 31st - after labor day.

Well a very good suggestion for me, is to do excersises every night for about 30 minutes. Cause you dont want to over-do your body. I dont mean like jumping jacks or something. maybe like stretching, leg lifts, sit ups. you get what I mean. another suggestion is to try and make yourself NOT to buy any candy, or junk food. so keep that in mind. heh, and keep something in mind. Dont try and wear tight clothing.. >_
