Ok, I'm almost scared to answer this question because of the person below haha =D
Well, I'm not doctor or anything so I would consider talking to a doctor. I know, it can be a hassle and doesn't seem worth it.
So you're alternative is to stop running for a few days and rest, and see if these veins go back into place and stop hurting. But even if they do, it's still wise to see a doctor.
Same with those dot things. The doctor might be able to perscribe (sp?) something to help them.

thanks! i rated the other person a 1 because they didnt explain anything. they just said they were like laicroise veins when i looked those up on google and they didn't look as big as those, which is why i went on here. nor did he/she tell me how to treat them or anything.
