I don't know what you did, so I'm not sure the extent you ruined their trust for you. All you can do is try to be honest from now on. Show them that you are responsible and just an overall good person. Try being easy going when they ask you to do things such as chores, favors, etc. Or if they tell you can't do something, then don't put up a fight. I guess you just need to show them that you know what ever you did was wrong, and your ready to change. good luck. =]

my parents found all my triple c's in my room and they know i've smoked pot and they know i sneak out and ride in cars with boys. my parents don't trust me worth shit anymore. i've told them that i can change and stuff and that i want to get my life back on track now.
