If you're a guy, and you have a (guy) friend who is a year younger than you... and he has a sister who is a year younger than him and she likes you, would ever consider going out with her?
If not, why wouldn't you?
If you would, how would you act towards her? Would it be different if her brother was there?

No, actually I don't think he would be angry.
I do think he would be angry if he thought his friends would attempt to do sexual things with me, but he knows they wouldn't and I wouldn't. A relationship doesn't automatically entail "sex" and the such.
And by the way, I've hung out with his guy friends, without him there.

Personally, I don't mind that you wouldn't go out with a friend's sister... but what's with the "100% chance" thing? There's no guarantees on anything.
