if you eat just breakfast lunch and dinner is that bad for you? if you don't eat snacks. is that giving you enough? i am trying to loose weight and eating healthy doesn't work i just eat too much.. do you think this is a good idea? (link)

eating those meals are just fine, snacks are a needed thing =P if your trying to loose weight, try to cut down on soda, food with a lot of grease or sugar in it... drink a lot of water ((it helps you loose weight, fills you up so your not hunry a lot, and flushes out all the bad acids in you)) and try to do a little bit of exercising a few time a day
