well mainly just be yourself, because if you wont you would end up with the wrong girl.
Most girls like guys that can make them smile, laugh, and just feel comfortable around guys and not feel like they have to be someone else. Also looking into the girls eyes can totally get a girls attention. But try not to look at her straight, and tense, and not for a long time or that might make her feel really uncomfortable.
