Ok so i have this problem and i dont even completely understand my problem but i cant stand my grandma everything about i just hate everything she says does just everything she lives with my my mom my sister and my dad and all she does all day is smoke drink coffee watch baseball goes on the computer eats and sleeps thats all she does she never leaves the house she yells at me and my friends when we go outside because my dad says we can and then she tells us we cant she's not my mom she cant me what i can and cannot do i cant stand her she always gets mad at me because i have an attitude (link)

Well you know everybody has family problems, and grandparents can be a little over bearing. I'm sure she has good intentions, and as far as her not being able to tell you what to do, she's your grandmother and you should respect her. If your mom and dad say one thing and she says another then you should go to your parents and have them talk with her to establish some bounderies.Even though she does not do anything all day to you, that may be fun for her, and have you guys ever thought of having a family outing. Go to a park, or out to diner or somthing where you can get to know her better. Bottom line is your parents and grandparents deserve respect and so do you. But someone has to take the first step to bridge the gap in your family, maybe it can start with you.

ok first of all my mom was even talking about howshe never leaves the house she needs a life and friends she doesnt know anybody here in Wisconsin except family and well you get the point not to mention she's not paying rent for us or anything since she's living with us i just think since she's not that old and she is able to do stuff she should make the best of the rest of her life i know no one else is gonna understand this but they could do better then this i dont want to hate my grandma i just do and i think thats my my sister and mom and dad always say i have an attitude is cause of my grandma and i just cant stand her everything about ehr bugs me she buds into everyones bussiness a little to far and since my moms job is bad enough since she's never home my mom comes home and talks to my grandma and not to me which also bugs me because i used to love seeing my grandma but since she started living wiht us i cant stand her and my ister who lives in hawaii i have not seen her in like 2 years and i've NEVER seen my neice or nephew and my grandma always gets to talk to my sister i dont i try callin her she never answers and she acts like i dont need to see my neice and nephew and sister and brother in law
