Hey, I'm 13/f and I'm about 5'4 and weigh 110 lbs. I don't want to lose any weight and I LOVE the curve of my hips, but what are some good toning exercises I can do do get rid of that lower pooch that spills over when I sit down? When I stand I have a nice stomach, and because I have such a large rib cage it looks weird if I suck in. I just wanted to know of some workouts that tone my lower abs.

Try swimming!
Swimming works every muscle in your body.
So while working on toning your waiste you are also gaining strenght in your arms, neck, back, legs and many other places!
For swimming you have to do laps for improvement.
Butterfly stroke will tone your waiste fastest.

This isnt the stroke but it is the kick part on your back.
you can do it on your stomach also.
When you can't swim try doing at least 100 crunched/sit ups a day.
Also make sure you eat healthy and dont over do it!
