My family doesn't like my BEST friend, and I have no idea what to do.. I mean I love this girl with all my heart and soul.. and my parent's don't approve simply because her taste in music and guys.. and her style in general. What do I do? DO I stop being friend's with her like my parent's want, or should I just go with my own inxtinct and stay friend's with her and try to sort something out with all of them?

ok i had similiar problem... what i did was i told my parents what they disliked about her and said well what if i was like that would you hate me too. and yes stay her friend dont stop being her friend that so stupid..oh u can also say well mom and dad did yea have a friend that your parents hated too. And see what they say than you can also say well what if i stay her friend and just stop bringing her over here and instead we go to do the movies and i can go over to her house instead so your parents can kind of lay off. But you need to confront it to them. It also best you tell your friend about your parents and see how she reacts so if she knoe maybe she can act different around them but when they aint around she can be the same old her. the choice is really yours tho...
