It's because of their hormones, or testosterone. You don't normally see girls watching guys, gawking at a guy's tight clothing and revealing attire. But, yes, girls do get the sudden urge to stare at a guy's butt when they're walking along the sidewalk. Girls and dudes just have different hormones, which makes them both do weird things.
