I was wondering how long it takes for Tylenol PM to take effect as in make you sleepy. & is it okay for ppeople to just sell it without perscription? Couldn't someone like OD on it [as in the making you drowzy part]and die or something?

i'm not sure how to answer this. but the less medication you have in your body, the better. all medicine can go wrong and its not ok to become dependent on any kind of medicine.
