So recently my friends dyed their hair pink, they thought it was like a temp. 6-8 washes will get it out sort of thing. They found out it was permanent..and that they would have to grow it out, or cut it to get the pink out.
I really wanted to dye my hair pink..but now i'm deciding between Pink and Blue..i have a dirty blonde/brown hair color. My mom wants me to get highlights. Plz tell me your opionion..and if i should TEMP or PERMANENTLY dye my hair

if you really want to dye your hair, do it temp first. so if you dont like it, it'll come out easy. then if you really do like it, make it permanent the next time.
