okay, so when i put a tampon in, it like doesnt feel like it is in when i am standing and still...but when I am running or sitting it like stings...one time it hurt so i tried to push it in and it didnt work so i took it out and i had a really hard time because it STUNG SO BAD!!! I used a super for that...when i use lites they work but they dont last long [[i even read the instructions and tried like 10 times!]] what do i do?! please help asap 14f (link)
To me it sounds like you haven't pushed it up far enough or in the wrong position, as i get that stinging feeling if it isn't in the right place. Have a look at:
http://www.tampax.eu/en_UK/howtouse.php?topic=1&step=5
and see if it helps at all. Tampons shouldn't cause discomfort and if the smaller tampons absorb to quickly then you do need the super ones.. or maybe just the regulars?? Just make sure you use a applicator as they help to get it far enough in, so that it doesn't hurt or sting at all.

Hope that helps:)
