i JUST got my period like right now
and i'm going swimming tomorow, wed, thurs, and friday at my cousins.
i there ANY ways i can still go swimming on my period?
i don't wear tampons =/

I'd really suggest trying a tampon, that way you wouldn't have to worry about anything leaking, especially if you have heavy bleeding.

But if you don't want to, you can wear a pad in your bathing suit, although pads are meant to absorb moisture, meaning when you get out of the pool it might feel like a diaper. But you can just take extras and change them often. I've done this before, it's kind of uncomfortable, but at least you can still swim.
