Ok here's the basics. I help people it's my thing. I'll answer all questions. Even simple ones. I give my opinion sometimes but you can ignore it.=) Im pretty nice ask me something and I'll tell you straight up!

advice

lately, i havent been able to fall asleep until around 3 in the morning. like right now, its 237 and im wide awake. and then i dont wake up until 12 or 1 in the afternoon. what can i do to fall asleep sooner? i dont want to take sleeping pills. what else can i do?

Try reading or watching t.v. Usually when your warm and in bed already with a book or watching television your body gets tired quicker. If I can't sleep I write or read for about and hour or thirty minutes and I start to get tired. Try not to eat right before you want to go to bed and try eating something light if you don't already. If you don't want to eat something light eat two hours before you would like to be able to fall asleep. Hope I helped =)
