ugh i have so much eyeliner and it wont juss stick to my eye....does anyone know a good brand of eyeliner? (link)

if you happened to buy it really cheap one those are very bad for your eyes and you should stop getting and using that type of eyeliner.
i think that any eyeliner from a brand like Loreal, Maybeline, Napoleon, revlon any others like that will be fine...these eyeliners are not too expensive and will stay on your eyes.
