heyy im nikki and im 13
well i have a really cute and hot boyfriend and he tells me to come meet him which fine ... but i get very bord like all my boyfriends i have put there arms around me and kiss my neck and all that and hook up with me and stuff but this one hugs and kisses me but how do i tell him to put his hands arnd me ?? is he fridget to hook up with me coz hez like to me "don't be fridget, lol" and im not ..should i be making the first move or should he ??

Look if you don't want to just tell him to put his arms round you then you can sort of be flirty. Throw his arms round you and kiss him. This usually heats things up a little and is a little less your doing something wrong if you know what I mean. It's always fine for girls to make the first move. If he's not getting it than you go for it. I've never met a guy who said oh no too much body contact lol. Just be sure that you don't come off like a tiger ready to pounce! Hope I helped =)
