I'm 19/f, if it matters.
Okay, so I used to have this...well, I dunno what else to call it aside from a "huge" personality. Like, my aura was so big that when I walked into a room EVERYONE knew I was there. I had so much energy in my personality, and I was so present...
But now I find myself more "there," and I feel like, drained half the time. Not like I'm tired, just like, too quiet.
I'm really not a quiet person so I don't know why this is the case. I'm very confident (I've even been called cocky on occasion), and I usually have something witty to say, but I feel like the wit has diminished lately, and I feel like I'm draining the people around me.
It's odd, because nothing has changed, except for the fact that I have LESS stressful drama in my life than I normally do at the moment.
What happened, and how can I remedy this? Any ideas? I want to be the high energy person like I used to be.
How long do you sleep a night. If nothing's changed at all then maybe it's just because now your bored. I become a couch potato during the summer. I don't know what to do with my energy so usually I stuff up on the food and go into my lazy mode. Try drinking fruit juices ro just eating fruit before 12. Brushing up on your skills or going to get a manicure can sometimes be a rememdy. Pep yourself up! If your body is lazy get it active. Join a club. Make yourself useful. Go out to the beach. Don't stay at home and be bored. You have not lost your aura! You just can't be bothered to let it shine through! My motto is when life sucks get happy because it will be better soon! Btw practice makes perfect find a joke or something on the internet and try to laugh a little more. Feeling happy is what gives you your natural bubbly spirit. Being bored doesn't make anyone very lively does it ^^ Hope I helped!
(Rating: 5) Good point. I actually sleep about 8 hours now, and I'm a very active person, I work out every day...though you just made me realize that my diet isnt quite up to par. It's hard to find healthy food on a college campus. >.<
Thanks.
