Okay, well today I'm going to the movies with a couple friends, nothin' big. But I've been putting on my jeans and some of them don't fit and others really show my love handles. I'm not fat or anything, i don't have any fat on my body really just my love handles, and my butt's pretty big. So I was just wondering how to get rid of the love handles, would just running help or is there other exercises, I know eat right obviously, but what else?
