Q: Ok, so a couple of days ago, my mom and i went walking at a local track. I jogged one lap, walked two, and jogged another. I went 4 times around it. My legs have been hurting since then. (It was 3 days ago, to be exact.) Is this natural? I mean, I know i'm out of shape, but should my calves feel like they are really cramped up??

ok well this is going to sound weird
but if it hurts you no your doing something right
its the muscles all coming together
if you work out and don't feel any pain at all it reli means that your not pushing yourself enough
so don't worry about it and keep at it your sore muscles are telling you your doing well =D
