you can definaltly learn to sing, nobdy is born with a perfect singing voice, it is something that has to be worked for. sure everyones voices may sounds different, but everyone, if givin enough practice can learn to sing. although some voices may sound better than others, that is what distinguishes everyones unique voice. so the answer is yes it can be taught and requires some practice for anyone, everyone has worked for their singing voices
