advice

at night i get really scared to sleep. i always think i hear noises and i cry and shake. i dont know what to do i've been having this prob my whole life. im 13 btw. does anyone have any tips i can do. i have those night time soundtracks but they dont really work and i always get scared to listen to them considering i think someone might be in my house!! PLEASE HELP ME=[

yeah. my little sister has this problem. & she's 11. um, try sleeping with a stuffed animal. when i stopped sleeping in the same room as her, she started sleeping with a stuffed dog & it helps her get through the night. also, just remember that there's really nothing in your bedroom that could harm you. the noises & cracks are the old floors & the wind, etc. think happy thoughts. sing. just whatever will help. & keep your eyes closed :]
