About two weeks ago, my mom was picked up for drunk driving. She got a DWI. She's being put into rehab for alcoholism. I was wondering how i can keep her from relapsing when she comes out. She's my main concern right now, and all i want to do is help. Thank you

AA meatings. do wonders. she'll absoltuly HATE them at first. but there's people there that can help.

look up their website.

it'll help her make friends, who haev similar problems.

ignore phone calls and don't give her mesasges from her drinking buddies.
she doesn't need them.

ohh and go t the meetings with her, and tell her EVERY DAY A MILION TIMES A DAY how proud you are of her, and how much of a better person she is.

spend more time with her, and make her realize how important this is to you!

is she an alchoholic? i take ti as a yes.

then do it.

pleas.e

my dad was.
he's been subber for a few years.
i know he'll enver pick up a drink again

he'll never understand how proud i am of him.

now he runs his own meeting.

AA is EVERYWHERE and they open their doors to anyone.

she just has to walk in a shake a hand.

god bless.
