ok ` so my brother . he`s 28 , got 2 kids & a new born bbabyy . hes obese & my uncLe died of a heart attack because he was obese . & he is Like that greatest brother ever ` he works ALL the time & trys to take care of the boyz to . & his wife Kerry doesnt do shit around the house or anything . so its Like aLL on him ..... i wanna teLL him he needs to do sumthnig but i heard you cant heLp someone to do sumthing unLess they also put effort in to it . i just dont know wat to say to him , im scared he`LL take it the wrong way . or just get pissy with me ''// i Love him so much , yaLL just dont know ` & i dont wanna Lose another Loved one for sumthin that can be done

Dear Love My Brother,
i understand how you feel. my aunt was obese and she went to the doctor and they told her if she didnt get a gastric bypass then she would die.. :(
if him or your parents mention anything then why dont you say that youre worried about him and you love him very much.. maybe you can get him to join a support group or talk to a doctor about a gastric bypass also.. idk if a gastric bypass would be the best for your brother but just incase i warn you that post-surgery can be dangerous.. good luck with your brother and i am so sorry about your uncle..
