advice
Hey, tomorrow I'll be going to an interview for a job where I'll be helping sexually abused teenagers over the phone. The thing is, Im not sure they're aware of the fact that I'm only sixteen, but even if they are.. I need advice on how to get this job. (not actually a job, I'll be volounteering, so i won't be getting payed!) What kinda thing would they like to hear? Should I dress in any sort of way to show how strong I am as a woman? What do I do if it gets really quiet and awkward and we're all just sitting there.. ?! Do you think they'll judge me by the fact that I'm so short for my age? Thank you for anything you can tell me, I'm so nervous I'm starting to regret that I ever applied for this!
Oh and do you think they'll ask if I've ever been through sexual abuse?
if its over the phone dont worry about how you look or if your short.. dont regret doing this its a good thing and you should be proud and if they ask that question tell them your anwser and maybe try googling some sex-abuse stories and you can tell them some if it gets akwardly silent - only if you wnt to.
