I'm a teenage girl.
I work out whenever I can and I eat between 1200-1800 cals per day. (normally around 1350)
Why am I fat?
I'm 5'2" and 158 pounds. is it just that I have a crappy metabolism? so what should i do just stop eating altogether and run 20 miles a day?
Either you have big bones or you have an addiction to food. I suggest take a diet, or try asking your mum or one of your really close friends.
(Rating: 4) I don't consume too many calories, so it doesn't matter that I have a food addiction.
I'm always on a diet.
