I'm a teenage girl.


I work out whenever I can and I eat between 1200-1800 cals per day. (normally around 1350)

Why am I fat?

I'm 5'2" and 158 pounds. is it just that I have a crappy metabolism? so what should i do just stop eating altogether and run 20 miles a day? (link)
That would be bad. Maybe when out running run a little more than you want to, push yourself when that little voice tells you to stop keep running. Eat healthy as well. Just because your eating the required calories doesnt mean you cant eat junk food, you need to eat healthy. Hope I helped!!
