I like this kid Tom a lot. We had a class together this year and I sat next to him for a while. He's really hott and the only time I got up the courage to talk to him was when he would ask me a question. I wanted to tell him I liked him but I was too scared to do it in person, and now I found his myspace but I'm still too scared to ask him because I have to sit behind him during our final in a few days. My friend said I should just randomly message him and be like "I like you." But I'm too scared and I think it would sound weird cause I don't really talk to him. My other friend said doing that would make me seem desperate. I don't know what to do. SOMEONE HELP!!!!

get to know Tom a little better. Sure, you know him a little through school cause he sat by you.. but talk to him alittle more. Get to know his likes and dislikes, then you should ask if he wants to hang out sometime. The best thing to do is to build a good friendship first. This way, he'll get to know you as well. Becoming friends first makes the odds of him liking you back greater. He'll respect you more rather than thinking youre just some girl from class who likes him.
