i say making-out is kisssing for moree than maby 10 seconds but my boyfriend said that making-out is kissing and touching each other while your kissing.he'se convinced of his side but im very sure im right i just wanna make sure. (link)

Kissing=Mouth closed, or peck on the cheek.
Making Out=Tongue, Longer than normal (but with tongue), and a leetle touchy (with tongue) haha.
So basically making out always include tongue :P
