I have never been exposed to sexual fluids, and I have never been sexually active. I was wondering, could I have been born with an STD or AIDS?
I kind of want to get tested just in case. I don't want to have sex for the first time without knowing 100% that I am healthy. (link)

only born if your parents have it. which im sure if they did you would know. other wise i really dont think its possible. however get tested, or ask a doctor. they will have the right answer of course! and if you just stay hush hush about it, and just get tested anyway you'll know for sure!
