Lately, my friend has been complaning to me about her weight. She said she was 96 pounds last year, and now she is 116. It has only been about 8 months, and I have noticed it on her too. It all went straight to her stomache. She came to me asking how to get a flat stomach, because I have one, but I didnt do anything to get it, so I cant really help her. Does anyone know a way for her to get a flat stomach by Friday, because our class is going to a water park, and she wants to wear a bikini, but she said that she needs a flat stomach. I feel really bad for her, so any ideas?

Well, I can tell you now, that she WON'T be able to get a flat stomach by friday, but what I can tell you is that she could possibly do 200 crunches each day, and go on a quick diet, and I bet that she could a toned body by friday.
