maybe have contests with like a panel of judges and small, silly prizes for each, such as biggest splash, best handstand, long standing handstand, sillest jump, etc.

maybe make it sort of a hawiian theme, with lei's for each guest, tiki torches around the pool, grass skirts for when people aren't swimming, stuff like that.

put out cute little umbrellas for the drinks, maybe make some punch or something tropical.
