HEY EVERYONE, I'M KAT!
and i'm here to help :)
i love to give advice, and i've been told that i give some good advice, aswell.
i'm very dedicated once i get involved in someone's problems, and i'll probably make sure you're okay, and that my answer has been sufficent.
i don't 'sugarcoat' my answers, as just about every columnist on this site complains about, but i do present everything in a way that people will be able to handle, and relate to in their situation.
i could honestly care less about ratings, i just wanna help some people out. in my problems, current and past, i seek help through my friends, who i adore.
i'm a huge my chemical romance fan, and i know pretty much everything about them; so if you have a question on them, i'm here. go for it. ;)
i'm unique in my own way, so ask me for something, and i'll give you a fairly different answer.

XOXO
KAT!

Hey guys can somebody explain to me (LIKE A LOT + EVERYTHING) about cheerleading stunt groups. I need to know the positions and what you're supposed to do and stuff. Also, some easy stunts that I could do with my group =] (link)
Okay, so I'm not sure EXACTLY what you want; but here you go from a flyer. :P

BASE-There are two. These girls are usually and generally strong, and fairly tall, but it all depends on the build of your flyer. The bases should be close in height, if not, adjust by spreading the legs of one, to make her shorter. NEVER go on your toes to try to reach a stunt. These girls support the stunt by holding the flyer's legs above their heads.

FLYER/TOP-This is the one who goes in the air. She's generally small and light, but there are always variations, according to your squad girl size. This girl needs to lock her legs and keep her body tight. As easy as this looks, the flyer MUST push off of her bases while in the load in; she needs to have power, and needs to support herself by sucking in her stomach, butt and LOCKING HER LEGS. Flyers generally use a high-v in the air, for balance.

BACKSPOT-Backspots help the flyer into the stunt, and holds the ankles of the girl while in the stunt. The backspot is usually the girl who counts for the stunt, and decides when to pop, ect. This girl needs to be strong, as easy as the position looks. She needs to pull up on the flyer's ankles/calfs, so that the bases have less weight in their hands.

I'd write up all of the information here, on stunting, but here is a great website that should really help you!

Enjoy, and good luck with stunting! Don't try anything unless you think it's safe, and try to watch your tecnique, not just on getting the stunt up there!!

Smile, Sparkle, Shine. ;)
