advice

i have my period and its really bad like every 10 mins i have t ogo take a shower it just is really heavy.. and im planning to sleepover my friends house ( a boy) sat+sunday is there anything i can do to make it lighter .. it started yesterday ( wends)so anything.

i know this isn't healthy but try not to eat much. like only eat breakfast, lunch, & dinner. it really helps slow it down & make it not so heavy. also, i've heard that caffeine makes it not last as long.
