13/f -- Could someone give me links to cute dresses at places like, JCPenny, Macy's, etc (American Eagle and stuff to if they are good enough) for my 8th grade semi-formal? Actually everyone calls it the formals but I think its semi formal. I don't to go over board. Plus, I dont want any dresses lower than my knee. Thanks!

-Light brown hair, roughly 2 inches past shoulder
-Brown eyes
-Pretty light skin but not albino
-5'2
-100lbs (YES no disagreement on GAINING weight lol)
-Pretty skinny
-34A
-Bangs on the left side of my face, just past my eyes (not side-swept bangs)
