Summer is coming and i really need to lose fat and tone muscle, especially in my butt, thighs and stomach. I'm about 148 pounds, so how long would it take for me to get around 130 or 125 pounds? Anyways what foods should I eat? I know to avoid things like soda and junk food and eat fruits, but what kind of foods should i have for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What are exercises that really help you loose weight fast? thanks in advance!!! (link)

For foods,
Breakfast:
good cereal like special k and banana nut crunch
yew can also have yogurt and fruit, and oatmeal
lunch: for meat, stick with turkey and turkey burgers. they are much better for yew. avoid the others.
dinners: avoid carbs
snacks: only one per day
excersize: try to go on a 10 minute jog and keep a pedometer and try to get to 5000 steps per day as your goal
don't be lazy and always be on your feet.
do crunches every night 50+
do leg lifts and weight for your arms
stick to whatever you do
