ok well summer's coming and i really want to lose some of my fat. i'm around 145 and i was hoping to be around 130. i'm not in a rush or anything but i have no idea what workouts to do. so any ideas would help and can you give me some foods that i should AVOID. thanks in advance! (link)

doods you should avoid? How bout anything with a lot of fat and sugar, like candy, fast food, etc. Also, if you have On Demand, there are a lot of workouts on there you could try. Above all, eat healthy and excersise. Also, drink plenty of water(no pop!) when you excersise cuz its good for you and you could get dehydrated! Good Luck!
